  • Do you have Gift Cards?
    Yes, we do! Simply go to our online store to order one to be delivered via email or pop down to our store to purchase. A great way to say thanks or let that special someone know you’re thinking about them. With personalised messages and no expiry, it’s the perfect gift.
  • Do you cater for events?
    Yes, we can supply a range of delicious treats for your next function. Please give us a call to discuss your requirements.
  • Do you make everything onsite?
    Yes, everything is made fresh with the finest ingredients.
  • Are you open on public holidays?
    Yes, we are open, 7 days a week, 12 – 9pm. These hours may change due to the season.
  • Do you support local sporting/community groups?
    Yes, please contact us to talk about opportunities.
  • Can I purchase a cake without ordering first?
    Yes, you can! We will have a selection of cakes available for purchase on the day, come in and see what’s in stock. Larger cakes, 10 inch and above will need to be ordered 7 days in advance. We can also supply a chocolate plaque if it’s a special event.
  • Do you make custom cakes?
    No, we don’t make custom cakes. You can buy one of our many cakes which are all delicious and handmade by our chefs.
  • Allergy Information
    We create products the old fashion way, with the use of dairy, flour and nuts. Whilst we endeavor to avoid crossover of raw materials, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that our products are allergen free.
  • Is your Gelato Vegan?
    Our Gelato has dairy, but our range of sorbets are vegan.
  • Can I order over the phone?
    Yes, you can during trading hours, however placing an order online is quick and easy! Simply go to our website and order via the online button.
  • Can I get my order delivered?
    Of course, you can! We offer a collect service when you order online through our website but if you would like your products delivered please visit one of our partner delivery providers. Menulog, Deliveroo, Door Dash, Uber Eats.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, LICKt gift cards and of course cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or bitcoin.
  • Refund Policy – Cake Orders
    Please choose carefully. If you'd like to cancel your cake within 7 days of ordering, please call the store directly for them to process your refund. If it is after the 7 day period, please email info@lickt.com.au for them to process. If you'd like to switch your order to a different cake, you'll still need to call the store to cancel your previous order.
